I went to North Dover Dental for the first time about a week ago and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I recently had a baby and was looking for a new dentist closer to home as my previous dentist was about a half hour away. Luckily, I noticed the new building around the corner from me and figured I would give it a try, so I didn't have to leave my newborn for as long. I was experiencing extreme pain and when Dr. Shakeri heard this, she squeezed me in on the same day because the office was going to be closed for a week for Easter break and she didn't want me to be in pain for that length of time. When I arrived at the office, I was immediately and so kindly greeted by Maryann at the receptionist desk. She had already looked into my insurance coverage and was able to let me know upfront the cost for the root canal I needed, so I can be prepared for when I came back in a week for the procedure. The waiting room was serene and comfortable and even though they accommodated me on the same day, I did not have to wait long. The dental hygienist and Dr. Shakeri were both very friendly and professional. They took the time to ask about my new daughter and wanted to relieve my pain as soon as possible.
