Dr. Yoni Moskowitz, DDS
Dr. Yoni is excited to provide quality and comfortable dentistry to NDD patients.
He has been a dentist for ten years, graduating from Columbia University in NYC. He has spent many years working with different mentor doctors, taking continuing education, and honing his skills to provide comfortable, long-lasting, reliable dental treatment using modern technology and the latest techniques. He believes every patient is unique, and his objective is to educate patients on the state of their oral health, and what can be done to keep them smiling and chewing for years to come, empowering them to make the best decision for their long-term oral health.
He spent 9 years practicing in Las Vegas, of which the last four he owned a private practice, Crestview Dental. He relocated to NJ in 2022 to be closer to family with his amazing wife, Malka, and three energetic children: Shlomo, Daveed, and Ora. He is excited to provide dentistry to the Toms River community and looks forward to meeting you at your next visit.

Dr. Julius Gerstel
Dr Gerstel graduated Touro College of Dental Medicine in 2021. He attended a general practice residency at Hackensack Medical Center with a focus on periodontics and oral surgery. He has been practicing general dentistry in the Jersey shore area since moving here with his wife Mindy and adorable daughter Dina. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, extended family of four brothers and two sisters, as well as swimming, ice hockey, and chess. He looks forward to helping support your smile at your next visit!
Dr. Avraham Assouline – General Dentist
Dr. Assouline is excited to join the team at North Dover Dental, bringing a strong passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing top-quality, patient-centered care. He graduated from Touro Dental College of Medicine, where he honed his clinical skills and developed his dedication to patient comfort.
Known for his calm demeanor and warm bedside manner, Dr. Assouline takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for at every visit. He blends clinical skill with cutting-edge dental technology — including digital scanners, low-radiation imaging, and advanced restorative tools — to deliver treatments that are precise, efficient, and as gentle as possible. Whether it’s a routine cleaning, a cosmetic enhancement, or complex restorative work, Dr. Assouline is dedicated to helping each patient achieve a healthy, confident smile in a stress-free environment.
His favorite part of the job? Seeing nervous patients leave the office smiling — not just because their teeth look great, but because the experience was easier than they expected.
Outside the office, Dr. Assouline enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his family, and discovering new places to eat.

Office Manager
Emily joined the NDD team in 2024 and is closing on a decade in the dental field. Transitioning from the clinical to administrative side, she prides herself in helping patients feel comfortable, confident and knowledgeable about their dental treatment and any finances associated. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as exploring on motorcycles, immersing in nature, and traveling to diverse places like Puerto Rico. She looks forward to seeing you at your next visit!

Hygienist
Julie has a lengthy experience in clinical dentistry, first as a chairside assistant and then returning to school to become a hygienist, graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ where she earned an award in clinical excellence. At North Dover Dental of Toms River, she enjoys greeting patients with a friendly smile and providing quality care with confidence and passion.
Outside the office, she enjoys being with family, including her two grandsons, going to the beach, listening to music, and attending live performances.

Jen is a dental ‘lifer!’ She has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years and the joined NDD team in 2024. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her adult son, playing on her back deck with her 2 dogs, and traveling.
She loves helping patients achieve optimal dental health while making patients laugh and feel comfortable in her chair!

Carmen started at North Dover Dental of Toms River in 2017 immediately upon graduating dental assisting school. She brings organization, sensitivity to patient comfort, and a sense of humor to every patient that comes for their care to ensure they have a pleasant comfortable experience. In her free time she enjoys traveling and exploring neighboring states, balanced with spending family time with her nieces and nephew.

Danielle joined the NDD team after relocating from NY state in the summer of 2023, bringing 4 years of dental assisting experience. She loves getting to know patients, make them feel comfortable (especially if anxious), strives to even get them to smile at their appointment 🙂 You may run into her at the local beach, hiking, biking, or just relaxing with friends and family in her free time. She looks forward to making you comfortable on your next visit!

Ariana joined the NDD team the summer of 2024 and fit right in like a glove. You’ll find her with an organized room ready to make your appointment as efficient and pleasant as possible. You likely will find yourself laughing in her chair. Laughing? At a dental office? Crazy, right?! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her cat “Storm” and her grandmother Nannie, as well as reading books, exploring the outdoors, and shopping. She looks forward to meeting you at your next visit!

Bailey joined the NDD team in 2025, bringing us 2 years of dental front desk knowledge and the excitement to learn more! Her warm and bubbly personality will welcome you into the office and ensure you are feeling comfortable and prepared for your visit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Bean, traveling to visit her family in Myrtle Beach, or you might even bump into her on the basketball court.
